Having seen the furniture in a neighbouring garden and in Ludlow Farm Shop, I ordered 2 chairs and a table online. The delivery date was given for a couple of days time, in the meantime I telephoned Meryl to say I wasn’t sure about the colour of table I had ordered.
Very obligingly she offered to bring an extra table for me to choose which colour I liked best.

Purchased a pair of chairs and a table after seeing them at Harrogate Flower show. Toni and Meryl were great to deal with. The chairs are so much better than the cheaper versions available. They are robust, comfortable and have added an extra dimension to our garden.

We are delighted with our chairs, footrests and small table. They are sturdy, well made and very low maintenance. The excellent personal service from the business owners right from first meeting at the Harrogate Spring Flower Show with delivery a couple of weeks afterwards. I purchased two Adirondacks, and was initially a bit anxious as these were more expensive than what I have previously considered spending on garden furniture. However, I am really pleased I chose them because they have been left out over autumn and winter, and remain pristine, exactly as they were hand delivered with love and care by Meryl and Tony at Luxwood. We recently purchased 2 Folding Adirondack Chairs and 1 Folding Footrest from Meryl and Tony at LUXwood Patio to replace a traditional table and chair set for the decking area of our cabin, intended for our guests to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
We wanted something weather-resistant and visually appealing that would blend seamlessly with the cabin exterior—and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The chairs themselves are top-notch—sturdy, weatherproof and incredibly well-designed and fit perfectly with the aesthetic of our cabin and the surroundings. And better still no maintenance required!
From the start, Meryl and Tony went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Their communication, help, and support were fantastic. We were initially unsure which colour to choose, and to our surprise, Meryl suggested bringing both options so we could see how they looked in situ before deciding.
The chairs were hand-delivered just a few days after placing the order and arrived fully assembled—no work required! Tony even took the time to explain how to open, close, and store them safely. This level of care and attention to detail was truly appreciated, especially since the colour we thought we would opt for turned out not to be the best fit! Their recommendation was spot on.
Their warm professionalism from the moment I placed the order to the day of delivery was exceptional and even offered to pick up some provisions on route knowing we had been without power for 5 days due to Storm Darragh!

We’d been looking to replace our ageing Adirondack chairs for some time and were pleased to discover the LuxWood Patio products.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish with personal delivery and set up by Tony and Meryl themselves.
We bought the chairs and side table at the end of the Summer so were only able to enjoy them briefly before the weather changed – they are very comfortable and look great in our garden. The chairs are quite expensive but worth it to have such a high quality product that we can leave out year round with no maintenance along with a lifetime guarantee.
Definitely a 5 star product and 5 star customer service!
These people have sussed the secret of running a successful business.
First of all, have a fantastic product with absolutely nothing to criticise about it.
Second, stand by your product so much that you are prepared to drive the length and breadth of the country to deliver it to customers’ garden in person, where they set it up, answer any questions, and make sure you are satisfied before they leave. I finally ordered a chair and footrest at Southport Flower show.
I first sat on a chair 3 years ago, they are so comfy, nice and sturdy and above all, weather proof (both wind and rain)
I have been trying to decide where they would go in my new garden ever since. Meryl gave me a sample to take home last year to check my colour choice – lots to choose from!!
Tony and Meryl took my order and explained the payment and delivery process.
I was emailed the delivery day with a 2 hour window and sent a text with ETA on the day.
T & M brought the chair and footrest into my garden and put it where I wanted it. They showed my how to fold both the chair and footrest (even emailed me a YouTube video later)
Luckily we have had a couple of sunny days since and I’ve made good use of the furniture. I look forward to many more.

I’d been looking at the chairs for ages just waiting until I had my garden steps in that lead down to a board walk over a mill pond. Even though we ordered on a bank holiday weekend, we immediately received communications from Meryl and Tony confirming our order and giving an indicative date for delivery! En route, I received an ETA so no waiting in all day. I am so pleased with the adirondack chairs – they are the perfect thing for my deck, and so well made. Also got foot stools and two of the side tables to go with them. The tables are even better than I expected – at the same height as the chair arms and big enough for several plates or dishes, plus they have a great folding mechanism.
Their chairs are not cheap but I went with them because:
– the chair seat is 2 inches wider than any other I could find
– the quality looked excellent (it really is, and so sturdy)
– they had a colour I really liked
– I loved the idea of chairs that could just stay out all year, in any weather, and no need for covers or a shed
– adirondack chairs are comfortable enough that you don’t need to store or drag out cushions.
– I loved that they would bring the chairs fully assembled and place them in situ – after the last time I had to assemble an adirondack chair I have learned to appreciate the value of not having to do it myself.

These chairs were relatively expensive but they are top quality and we are happy they will work out at good value in the long run. I emailed LuxWood Patio to express an interest in buying 3 Adirondack chairs, but mentioned that I wasn’t sure which colours to choose. Within half an hour Tony and Meryl had replied saying they could bring 5 chairs to my home the following week, for me to test for quality and comfort, and to help me decide which colours would look right in situ. No obligation to purchase, no sales pressure – if the chairs weren’t right for me, they would take them back with them.
They duly arrived as arranged, set up the chairs for me, answered a few of my questions, left me to try them and – only if I was certain the chairs were right for me – decide on which, if any, of the colours were to my liking.
I now have an orange, a lime green and an aruba blue chair in my garden, plus an orange footstool. They are excellent. They are well made, strong and solid. I’ve been looking for Adirondack chairs for a while, but these are far superior to any of the others I was considering – plus they don’t need any maintenance, they can be left outside all year round, they have a lifetime guarantee and, being made from recycled plastics, they help the environment. But, most importantly, they look great and they are very, very comfortable.
If you are considering buying Adirondack chairs do get in touch with Tony and Meryl, you won’t regret it. They are a lovely, friendly couple and they don’t put any pressure on you to buy. Frankly, they don’t have to – the chairs say it all for them.

I first saw LuxWood chairs on a trip to a nearby town about 3 years ago and fell in love with them. After searching and finding them online, I knew they were a considered purchase and would have to convince my husband that they would be a worthwhile investment. Fast forward to Sunday morning when Tony & Meryl personally delivered our new chairs for our balcony area, to us in North Cornwall…….what other company does that???? After our initial first contact with them, we were unsure as to whether we wanted the brightly coloured or antique mahogany chairs……they suggested that they bought both with them so that we could have a look. They were set up and they talked us through the manufacturing process and how to clean them (soapy water…….it’s that simple) and then Tony & Meryl left and went for a walk while we discussed which would suit us the best………We were under no pressure whatsoever to buy anything. On their return we chatted for quite a while about everything other than our chairs…..they are just the nicest couple. We decided to go with the Antique Mahogany and simply love them (we also went for a matching footstool). I so wish we had a bigger outside space as would love to have more. I first saw these chairs on display at the Southport flower show 2 weeks ago. They are fabulous to look at and extremely comfortable given they are made with posture in mind. I struggle to sit in a chair or bench for long due to arthritis in hips and spine. These chairs have made a difference for me enabling me to sit out and enjoy my garden. We ordered two grey driftwood chairs, foot rests and a table. Meryl and Tony delivered them within a couple of days and are so personable and professional in their complete service from order to delivery.

We placed our order for 2 chairs, foot rests and a table late on a Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an email that night to advise delivery would be the next morning within a certain time frame.
The fully assembled order was delivered personally by Tony and Meryl. The quality is excellent and will not require maintenance. We bought the red and it certainly adds a splash of colour to the garden. Very happy with the purchase of my forever chairs.

We had been searching, unsuccessfully, for quality authentic Adirondack chairs for some time when we discovered LuxWoodPatio online. The chairs looked perfect on the website but cost quite a bit more than we had anticipated spending so we were unsure about going ahead without seeing them “in the flesh”.
We contacted Tony and Meryl to ask if there was anywhere we could view the chairs and they replied to say they would actually bring them to our home so that we could see and try the chairs out in the exact place where we wanted to use them.
A couple of weeks later they brought out chairs in the colours we were interested in, set them up in our garden and then left us to try them out for 20 minutes or so. There was absolutely no obligation or pressure to buy, but we bought them there and then. The quality is excellent and our only problem was choosing which colours to have as they all looked great.
For the quality of the chairs and the wonderful service the price is well worth it. Tony and Meryl are lovely people and a real pleasure to deal with.

Have been searching for the ‘right’ garden chairs for a while and we very much like the authentic Adirondack style. Came across this company online but wanted to see these splendid sounding Adirondack chairs before ordering – so I emailed. Meryl replied almost straight away offering to bring two chairs to our home with no obligation, next time they were in the area. True to their word, Meryl and Tony arrived first thing this morning. What lovely people! They set the chairs up in our garden, answered a couple of questions and then left us alone to decide. TBH I think we knew as soon as we sat down that these chairs are everything we wanted. Great colour, durable, solid and above all very, very comfortable in the way only an Adirondack can be! About 2 minutes later, deal done! Not the cheapest chairs out there, but worth it as I am confident they will last for years and continue to look good, plus the service you get from Tony and Meryl is old fashioned and terrific. Highly recommended. Next step – decide how many footrests and tables we want!

I’m absolutely delighted with the Adirondack chair that I ordered from LuxWood Patio having seen and sat on one at the Malvern Show. It is really comfortable, looks good, made of recycled materials and can be left outside all year round. Tony and Meryl provided superb customer service. I ordered the chair on a Friday and it was delivered the next Tuesday and that was with a Bank holiday in between. The chair was taken to exactly where I will use it. The whole experience was wonderful. Tony and Meryl are a lovely couple, the communication from point of order to delivery was just right. I was not at home when the 2 folding Adirondack chairs were delivered, but they went out of their way to ensure the chairs were set up exactly where we wanted. Aside from the fact these are absolutely superb chairs delivery was included. When we discovered where they were coming from as luck would have it we had purchased a heavy trough nearby … so we asked if we could pay extra for Luxwood to collect en route and deliver at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble … and when they delivered our trough with the two Luxwood chairs they refused to accept any extra payment … saying simply that it was no trouble and they would have been disappointed if we had not asked. In short – a generous-minded company you can deal with who go above and beyond. A BIG thank you.

We were looking for high quality, low maintenance outdoor chairs with stand out looks for our pergola. Luxwood offer a range of outdoor furniture that is striking, distinctive, highly durable and which we did not find anywhere else in the marketplace.

We met Meryl at the Southport flower show when we were drawn in my the eco friendly chairs on offer.
Meryl was an absolute pleasure to meet and discuss our wants and needs for our garden furniture. There was no pressure to buy, just a nice conversation along with allowing us to try the chairs for a good while before taking the plunge and making a purchase.
It was a quick delivery, not quite 10 days if I remember correctly, and it was a pleasure to have seen them again and have a nice chat about our garden plans and general life.
We’ve not had the chance to sit on them much due to the weather, but we absolutely love them! We hope to have the garden done before Christmas, so I’ll upload photos to show the chairs off in much nicer surroundings than they’re currently in.

I recently purchased 4x Adirondack chairs + 1 side table in coastal grey from LuxWoodPatio and I’m very pleased with the items. I think they live up to the price, costing a bit more than ones you’d get from a large garden/DIY chain, but they do ooze quality. They’re quite heavy, there’s no cheap ‘n shiny nuts & bolts, maintenance-free, everything seems solid throughout. To add to this, the customer service is fantastic, Tony & Meryl go out of their way to ensure you’re happy with their products. I can’t recommend enough.

Having researched Adirondack garden furniture for a while now I was so pleased to come across Tony and Meryl and their Luxwood website.
We decided to order one chair in Mahogany and a few days later Tony and Meryl delivered it personally and placed it in our garden (on one of the hottest days this year).
They are really comfortable and so sturdy. No hesitation in leaving it out all year and made from recycled plastic.

We brought 2 chairs, foot rests & a side table all in Aruba blue & white & love them! They look great, are comfortable and because they are heavy will not get blown around the garden like our previous now faded plastic Adirondack chairs. It’s also good to know that these won’t fade or need to be put away in the winter. They are easy to clean with soap & water and look as good as new.

It was a joy to experience some really good customer service. Emails were answered promptly and there was even a human being picking up telephone calls, promptly too. The chairs sounded just right for our balcony, which is exposed to some severe winds, and we are limited on storage space. Sturdy and maintenance free was just what we’d been seeking. The chairs were delivered quickly on a mutually agreed date and fully assembled- what joy! They look great. Early days so don’t know how they will weather but we’re optimistic.

I was persuaded to spend more on a pair of Adirondack chairs and table than I would normally, due to the excellent reviews for Tony & Meryl’s products and customer service. My expectations were high – and they were certainly met! I ordered our chairs online on Saturday and my husband was sitting on them by Sunday. We had our chairs delivered to our daughter’s as some delivery services won’t/can’t deliver/find us. Was extremely surprised to find that it was Tony and Meryl who were actually making the drop. Having seen the furniture in a neighbouring garden and in Ludlow Farm Shop, I ordered 2 chairs and a table online. The delivery date was given for a couple of days time, in the meantime I telephoned Meryl to say I wasn’t sure about the colour of table I had ordered.

I purchased two Adirondacks, and was initially a bit anxious as these were more expensive than what I have previously considered spending on garden furniture. However, I am really pleased I chose them because they have been left out over autumn and winter, and remain pristine, exactly as they were hand delivered with love and care by Meryl and Tony at Luxwood. We recently purchased 2 Folding Adirondack Chairs and 1 Folding Footrest from Meryl and Tony at LUXwood Patio to replace a traditional table and chair set for the decking area of our cabin, intended for our guests to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.
We wanted something weather-resistant and visually appealing that would blend seamlessly with the cabin exterior—and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The chairs themselves are top-notch—sturdy, weatherproof and incredibly well-designed and fit perfectly with the aesthetic of our cabin and the surroundings. And better still no maintenance required!
From the start, Meryl and Tony went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. Their communication, help, and support were fantastic. We were initially unsure which colour to choose, and to our surprise, Meryl suggested bringing both options so we could see how they looked in situ before deciding.
The chairs were hand-delivered just a few days after placing the order and arrived fully assembled—no work required! Tony even took the time to explain how to open, close, and store them safely. This level of care and attention to detail was truly appreciated, especially since the colour we thought we would opt for turned out not to be the best fit! Their recommendation was spot on.
Their warm professionalism from the moment I placed the order to the day of delivery was exceptional and even offered to pick up some provisions on route knowing we had been without power for 5 days due to Storm Darragh!

We’d been looking to replace our ageing Adirondack chairs for some time and were pleased to discover the LuxWood Patio products.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish with personal delivery and set up by Tony and Meryl themselves.
We bought the chairs and side table at the end of the Summer so were only able to enjoy them briefly before the weather changed – they are very comfortable and look great in our garden. The chairs are quite expensive but worth it to have such a high quality product that we can leave out year round with no maintenance along with a lifetime guarantee.

I finally ordered a chair and footrest at Southport Flower show.
I first sat on a chair 3 years ago, they are so comfy, nice and sturdy and above all, weather proof (both wind and rain)
I have been trying to decide where they would go in my new garden ever since. Meryl gave me a sample to take home last year to check my colour choice – lots to choose from!!
Tony and Meryl took my order and explained the payment and delivery process.
I was emailed the delivery day with a 2 hour window and sent a text with ETA on the day.
T & M brought the chair and footrest into my garden and put it where I wanted it. They showed my how to fold both the chair and footrest (even emailed me a YouTube video later)
Luckily we have had a couple of sunny days since and I’ve made good use of the furniture. I look forward to many more.

I’d been looking at the chairs for ages just waiting until I had my garden steps in that lead down to a board walk over a mill pond. As soon as the steps were in I placed the order and hoped they’d be with me in a couple of weeks. Even though we ordered on a bank holiday weekend, we immediately received communications from Meryl and Tony confirming our order and giving an indicative date for delivery! From start to finish, I can’t rate this company highly enough. Ordered over the phone, had any queries answered by Meryl and given a delivery date and approximate time. En route, I received an ETA so no waiting in all day. I am so pleased with the adirondack chairs – they are the perfect thing for my deck, and so well made. Also got foot stools and two of the side tables to go with them. The tables are even better than I expected – at the same height as the chair arms and big enough for several plates or dishes, plus they have a great folding mechanism.
Their chairs are not cheap but I went with them because:
– the chair seat is 2 inches wider than any other I could find
– the quality looked excellent (it really is, and so sturdy)
– they had a colour I really liked
– I loved the idea of chairs that could just stay out all year, in any weather, and no need for covers or a shed
– adirondack chairs are comfortable enough that you don’t need to store or drag out cushions.
– I loved that they would bring the chairs fully assembled and place them in situ – after the last time I had to assemble an adirondack chair I have learned to appreciate the value of not having to do it myself.

I emailed LuxWood Patio to express an interest in buying 3 Adirondack chairs, but mentioned that I wasn’t sure which colours to choose. Within half an hour Tony and Meryl had replied saying they could bring 5 chairs to my home the following week, for me to test for quality and comfort, and to help me decide which colours would look right in situ. No obligation to purchase, no sales pressure – if the chairs weren’t right for me, they would take them back with them.
They duly arrived as arranged, set up the chairs for me, answered a few of my questions, left me to try them and – only if I was certain the chairs were right for me – decide on which, if any, of the colours were to my liking.
I now have an orange, a lime green and an aruba blue chair in my garden, plus an orange footstool. They are excellent. They are well made, strong and solid. I’ve been looking for Adirondack chairs for a while, but these are far superior to any of the others I was considering – plus they don’t need any maintenance, they can be left outside all year round, they have a lifetime guarantee and, being made from recycled plastics, they help the environment. But, most importantly, they look great and they are very, very comfortable.
If you are considering buying Adirondack chairs do get in touch with Tony and Meryl, you won’t regret it. They are a lovely, friendly couple and they don’t put any pressure on you to buy. Frankly, they don’t have to – the chairs say it all for them.

I first saw LuxWood chairs on a trip to a nearby town about 3 years ago and fell in love with them. After searching and finding them online, I knew they were a considered purchase and would have to convince my husband that they would be a worthwhile investment. I first saw these chairs on display at the Southport flower show 2 weeks ago. They are fabulous to look at and extremely comfortable given they are made with posture in mind. I am very pleased with the chairs and table I ordered. Delivery was prompt, service friendly and informative and the chairs look good and are very easy to clean despite sitting under a sap-producing sycamore tree.
It’s too soon to say how well they will look over time but so far, so very good.

After some online research and reading LuxWood Patio reviews we made contact with Meryl and Tony. What more can I say that other than we totally endorse everything that has been said in all the other 5* reviews and as they say, the proof of the pudding is ….
We ordered two grey driftwood chairs, foot rests and a table. Meryl and Tony delivered them within a couple of days and are so personable and professional in their complete service from order to delivery.
Having been so delighted with the furniture on our new patio, we decided to order the same again to make a conversation seating area for four.
Meryl and Tony were able to deliver them the very next day.

We placed our order for 2 chairs, foot rests and a table late on a Friday night. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an email that night to advise delivery would be the next morning within a certain time frame.
The fully assembled order was delivered personally by Tony and Meryl. The quality is excellent and will not require maintenance. We bought the red and it certainly adds a splash of colour to the garden. Very happy with the purchase of my forever chairs.

We had been searching, unsuccessfully, for quality authentic Adirondack chairs for some time when we discovered LuxWoodPatio online. The chairs looked perfect on the website but cost quite a bit more than we had anticipated spending so we were unsure about going ahead without seeing them “in the flesh”.
We contacted Tony and Meryl to ask if there was anywhere we could view the chairs and they replied to say they would actually bring them to our home so that we could see and try the chairs out in the exact place where we wanted to use them.
A couple of weeks later they brought out chairs in the colours we were interested in, set them up in our garden and then left us to try them out for 20 minutes or so. There was absolutely no obligation or pressure to buy, but we bought them there and then. The quality is excellent and our only problem was choosing which colours to have as they all looked great.
For the quality of the chairs and the wonderful service the price is well worth it. Tony and Meryl are lovely people and a real pleasure to deal with.

Have been searching for the ‘right’ garden chairs for a while and we very much like the authentic Adirondack style. Came across this company online but wanted to see these splendid sounding Adirondack chairs before ordering – so I emailed. Meryl replied almost straight away offering to bring two chairs to our home with no obligation, next time they were in the area. True to their word, Meryl and Tony arrived first thing this morning. What lovely people! They set the chairs up in our garden, answered a couple of questions and then left us alone to decide. TBH I think we knew as soon as we sat down that these chairs are everything we wanted. Great colour, durable, solid and above all very, very comfortable in the way only an Adirondack can be! About 2 minutes later, deal done! Not the cheapest chairs out there, but worth it as I am confident they will last for years and continue to look good, plus the service you get from Tony and Meryl is old fashioned and terrific. Highly recommended. Next step – decide how many footrests and tables we want!

I’m absolutely delighted with the Adirondack chair that I ordered from LuxWood Patio having seen and sat on one at the Malvern Show. It is really comfortable, looks good, made of recycled materials and can be left outside all year round. Tony and Meryl provided superb customer service. I ordered the chair on a Friday and it was delivered the next Tuesday and that was with a Bank holiday in between. The chair was taken to exactly where I will use it. There was no packaging for me to dispose of. I was kept fully informed about the delivery. A great customer experience. I will enjoy the chair for many years to come.

Saw this product at Malvern show last year & decide to invest in 2 chairs. It took a year to save but delighted with them. Really comfortable, made from recycled plastic milk bottles & utterly maintenance free! They look like wood but are never in need of any work other than an occasional damp cloth!

I recently purchased two Adirondack chairs, a foot stool and a table from Luxwood. I was looking for items that looked like real wood but weren’t, if you know what I mean. This furniture ticked all the boxes. It is made from recycled plastic, will be maintenance free and I am certain that they will last for years. The whole experience was wonderful. Tony and Meryl are a lovely couple, the communication from point of order to delivery was just right. I was not at home when the 2 folding Adirondack chairs were delivered, but they went out of their way to ensure the chairs were set up exactly where we wanted. The chairs are well made and now I have had time and the sun has appeared I can confirm they are very comfortable and I am sure they will be a great investment. Aside from the fact these are absolutely superb chairs delivery was included. When we discovered where they were coming from as luck would have it we had purchased a heavy trough nearby … so we asked if we could pay extra for Luxwood to collect en route and deliver at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble … and when they delivered our trough with the two Luxwood chairs they refused to accept any extra payment … saying simply that it was no trouble and they would have been disappointed if we had not asked. In short – a generous-minded company you can deal with who go above and beyond. A BIG thank you.

We were looking for high quality, low maintenance outdoor chairs with stand out looks for our pergola. Luxwood offer a range of outdoor furniture that is striking, distinctive, highly durable and which we did not find anywhere else in the marketplace.

We met Meryl at the Southport flower show when we were drawn in my the eco friendly chairs on offer.
Meryl was an absolute pleasure to meet and discuss our wants and needs for our garden furniture. There was no pressure to buy, just a nice conversation along with allowing us to try the chairs for a good while before taking the plunge and making a purchase.
It was a quick delivery, not quite 10 days if I remember correctly, and it was a pleasure to have seen them again and have a nice chat about our garden plans and general life.
We’ve not had the chance to sit on them much due to the weather, but we absolutely love them! We hope to have the garden done before Christmas, so I’ll upload photos to show the chairs off in much nicer surroundings than they’re currently in.

I recently purchased 4x Adirondack chairs + 1 side table in coastal grey from LuxWoodPatio and I’m very pleased with the items. I think they live up to the price, costing a bit more than ones you’d get from a large garden/DIY chain, but they do ooze quality. They’re quite heavy, there’s no cheap ‘n shiny nuts & bolts, maintenance-free, everything seems solid throughout. The best Adirondack Garden Furniture I have seen.
Having researched Adirondack garden furniture for a while now I was so pleased to come across Tony and Meryl and their Luxwood website.
We decided to order one chair in Mahogany and a few days later Tony and Meryl delivered it personally and placed it in our garden (on one of the hottest days this year).
They are really comfortable and so sturdy. No hesitation in leaving it out all year and made from recycled plastic.

An old fashioned attitude to service was refreshing and nothing was too much hassle. We brought 2 chairs, foot rests & a side table all in Aruba blue & white & love them! They look great, are comfortable and because they are heavy will not get blown around the garden like our previous now faded plastic Adirondack chairs. It’s also good to know that these won’t fade or need to be put away in the winter. They are easy to clean with soap & water and look as good as new.

It was a joy to experience some really good customer service. Emails were answered promptly and there was even a human being picking up telephone calls, promptly too. The chairs sounded just right for our balcony, which is exposed to some severe winds, and we are limited on storage space. Sturdy and maintenance free was just what we’d been seeking. The chairs were delivered quickly on a mutually agreed date and fully assembled- what joy! They look great. Early days so don’t know how they will weather but we’re optimistic.

I was persuaded to spend more on a pair of Adirondack chairs and table than I would normally, due to the excellent reviews for Tony & Meryl’s products and customer service. My expectations were high – and they were certainly met! I ordered our chairs online on Saturday and my husband was sitting on them by Sunday. They are solid, lovely looking and very well made chairs and table. We enjoyed them during the recent week of unseasonably warm weather and look forward to really making the most of them this spring / summer.

They explained that they would happily bring the chairs to anywhere in the garden we wanted, set them up for us and take away the packaging, which they duly did – all part of the service, they said! This was a very nice touch and certainly helped us out at a difficult time. We are very pleased with the chairs and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.
Having been delighted with the Adirondack chairs, table and foot stalls we purchased for our bolt hole in Wales we got back to think we were missing out at home. We promptly ordered another set from LuxWood Patio and as before received fantastic customer service. The second set were delivered again by Tony & Meryl who made sure all was well before departing on their travels. I would not hesitate to recommend this company whose service is second to none!
We are so pleased with these chairs, we have been searching for this style for ages. We came across them on a trip to Ludlow Plant Centre. They are amazing quality, a beautiful colour and are maintenance free. It was so lovely to meet Meryl and Tony who personally delivered them, set the chairs up and spent time to chat. Luckily we have had gorgeous weather to relax in them today. We would definitely recommend.

We had our chairs delivered to our daughter’s as some delivery services won’t/can’t deliver/find us. Was extremely surprised to find that it was Tony and Meryl who were actually making the drop. They informed us when they would arrive and they did. Chairs all set up and the folding mechanism demonstrated. Tony and Merly did offer to bring them down to us. Our daughter refused as she wanted to try them out and has offered to give them a permanent home.

Expensive but having had 2 sets of Adirondacks in the past which rotted feel that this is a great alternative. Colour choice – coastal grey, suits our outdoor furniture perfectly.

I had been searching on the net for replacement Adirondack chairs preferably in recycled plastic. I came upon Luxwood Patio and read all the positive reviews. Well, there aren’t any below five stars! Can this be true I thought, are all these reviews genuine, I asked myself! I telephoned Meryl and immediately felt at ease and reassured. So helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Two weeks later, today in fact, Meryl and Tony arrived in West Wales at our holiday retreat and delivered our chairs, footstools and table. The service was superb, everything put out for us and nothing for us to do but enjoy our purchase! Shame it’s been pouring all day! The chairs are real quality and I’m sure they will last a life time. Dealing with Tony and Meryl was like meeting old friends and we were genuinely sorry when it was time for them to leave us. them on Sunday. To say we were pleased is an understatement, the
furniture is very comfortable and well made, really compliments our

We saw the Adirondack Chairs after a coffee pit stop at the Ludlow Farm Shop. On our return to Devon we spent a day trying to decide what colour chair to go for and settled on the Blue & White.
Meryl & Tony delivered it in person and we had a lovely chat.

Simply the best service, care and attention is what you can expect if you decide to purchase from Tony & Meryl. I’ve never experienced the owners of a business taking the time out of their day to personally deliver my purchases (twice) despite the long drive up to one of the furthest points on Anglesey, to ensure they arrived in perfect condition, that I was happy with my choice and to see them in situ. Communication was excellent and detailed throughout, whilst I waited for the shipment to arrive into the UK with my matching footstools and I couldn’t be happier with them. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I love the bright contrasting colours of the white/turquoise, very beachy so perfect for their location. Saw the 2 garden chairs outside a shop in Bude and just had to buy them. We chose the blue and the lime and all was arranged for them to delivered to home once we were back from holiday. Two fantastic adirondack chairs purchased in Bude, Cornwall, the clincher being that, as we couldn’t get them in the car to bring home to Suffolk, delivery. Adirondack chairs were the last thing on my mind when we visited our local Plant Centre. However, a row of blue, green and yellow chairs attracted attention and I decided to sit on one. As there were no cushions I expected it to be most uncomfortable – how wrong I was. I went home and placed a order. A few days later Tony & Meryl Edwards-Geary arrived on my drive with my new chair. After a few minutes showing me how to open and fold it (there is even a video on their website) they carried it round to its new position in the garden. We ordered two Adirondack chairs on a Thursday, and the follow up order confirmation and emails were so personalised and professional, I sensed a different level of service.
